Question 1

What do I get when I work with Laava?

Accepted Answer

You get the platform and engineers to make AI part of your work. We connect knowledge and systems, build applications and help your team use them. Platform Launch brings the first application into use. We agree ongoing operations and expansion separately.

Question 2

What is Company Brain?

Accepted Answer

Company Brain is the shared foundation for your business knowledge, systems and AI applications. It lets an agent find information and take agreed actions within defined permissions. New applications can reuse existing knowledge and integrations. Our engineers configure that foundation for your business.

Question 3

Where can AI help in our business?

Accepted Answer

Examples include customer questions, internal knowledge, dossier review, document processing and follow-up in existing systems. We look at where information and actions take up time today. A suitable application has usable sources, a clear outcome and someone in your team who knows the process.

Question 4

What do you mean by AI transformation?

Accepted Answer

AI transformation concerns how your business works: which tasks AI performs, how teams collaborate and where people decide. We connect your ambition to concrete applications and a shared technical foundation. We expand what works into more processes, with attention to adoption, quality and accountability.

Question 5

How do we start, and when can the first application go live?

Accepted Answer

With Platform Launch, we select a defined process and agree the outcome, sources, actions and acceptance criteria. We then build and test with your team. Timing depends on system access, data quality, risk and people’s availability. Before starting, we make the dependencies and route to production clear.

Question 6

What does working with Laava cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the process, integrations, technical environment and support required. You receive a proposal with scope and price before we start. We distinguish implementation, ongoing operations and usage costs. New applications or additional work are agreed separately.

Question 7

What does a Forward Deployed Engineer do, and what do you need from us?

Accepted Answer

A Forward Deployed Engineer works with your people from process discovery through implementation: integrating, building, testing and putting the application into use. You provide process knowledge, the required access and a contact who can make decisions. We agree who reviews quality, accepts the application and owns operations.

Question 8

Do we work and contract directly with Laava?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can work directly with Laava and contract with us. Laava is your point of contact for the offer and agreed delivery. A partner may introduce us or contribute to the work; we agree everyone’s role and responsibilities in advance.

Question 9

What happens after go-live?

Accepted Answer

With Operate & Expand, we operate and improve the agreed applications, including monitoring, incidents, changes and quality reviews. We use experience from daily operations to choose further expansion. We define scope, availability, responsibilities and costs; new applications receive their own scope.

Question 10

Can we keep using our existing systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes, wherever possible we build on your CRM, ERP, Microsoft 365 and other systems. For each integration, we check the available access, APIs and permissions. We explain limitations or additional integration work up front. Your existing systems remain the starting point.

Question 11

Which AI models do you use, and where does the application run?

Accepted Answer

We choose models and infrastructure based on quality, cost, speed and your data requirements. That may be a model service or, where the application and infrastructure allow it, an open model in a dedicated environment. We discuss hosting, providers and the feasibility of a later switch for each implementation.

Question 12

How do we stay in control of AI answers and actions?

Accepted Answer

AI can make mistakes. We agree which sources and actions are permitted and when a person reviews or takes over. We test with representative situations and configure appropriate controls and logging. After go-live, we use errors and human corrections to improve the application.

Question 13

How do you handle our data and access permissions?

Accepted Answer

Before implementation, we identify the data required, who may access it and where it is processed. We agree access, retention, logging and responsibilities. The configuration depends on your environment and requirements. Where applicable, processing arrangements and providers are documented in the contract.
