Meet the Laava team!

Laava was founded with the vision to help companies grow through smart AI solutions and process automation. Driven by our passion for AI, internet, and technology, we started Laava alongside our studies. We are a team with a strong interest in artificial intelligence and process optimization, consisting of two founders: Ruben Haisma and Alec Siemerink. Ruben has a background in Artificial Intelligence (bachelor's), and Alec has a bachelor's in Information Sciences and a master's in Digital Business & Innovation. This combination of technical and business expertise enables us to both build advanced solutions and effectively integrate them into business processes.

We develop innovative and customized AI solutions that help businesses increase their efficiency, reduce costs, and focus on what truly matters. Our tools support lead generation, customer support, and marketing automation, among other things. Our services go beyond just advice and development: we also build all necessary elements around the AI solutions, such as applications, websites, landing pages, chatbots, and AI models, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and machine learning (ML).
