AI transformation

Choose where AIimproves your work.

Laava helps you decide which process to change first, what it should achieve and how to put it into operation with clear controls. Our engineers build alongside your team, in the systems you already use.

Laava / AI transformation

Your starting point

A clear
next decision.

You may still be choosing a first application. Your people may already use AI tools while handovers and waiting times remain unchanged. Or a pilot may be struggling to reach daily operations. We establish what it takes to move forward.

If you already have workflows in production, we look at which next application can reuse the same sources, connections and working agreements.

From process evidence to delivery

Understand. Design.
Deliver.

Follow how the work actually happens.

We observe the people doing the work and examine real cases and system records. Handovers to other teams are part of the picture. You get a process map with bottlenecks, exceptions and open questions.

Decide what changes.

We identify steps to remove, simplify or carry out through software and AI. A person remains responsible where judgement or approval is needed. This becomes a design for one clearly scoped first workflow.

Agree on value and conditions.

Together, we establish the baseline, the desired outcome and how to measure it. We make costs, access, human review and ongoing operations explicit. You can see what your decision rests on.

Build, evaluate and expand.

A Forward Deployed Engineer works with your process owner on delivery. We test against real examples and agreed acceptance criteria. The next step follows when the results and operating arrangements support it.

Fictional process example

From request to appointment.

  1. Request received

Customer service receives a service request by email.

  2. Information complete

The workflow structures the request and checks for missing details.

  3. Proposal prepared

Scheduling receives a complete proposal or a specific exception.

  4. Planner confirms

A person reviews and confirms the appointment.

This example illustrates the approach. It does not describe a customer result.

What you get

A first implementation you can assess.

Once the scope and conditions are clear, this forms the basis for a Platform Launch. We then keep the workflow running and develop it through Operate & Expand.

  • A chosen process with an owner, outcome and scope.
  • A process design covering exceptions and human decisions.
  • A baseline and value assessment with explicit assumptions.
  • Agreements on access, acceptance, operations and stopping.
  • A delivery plan and an evidence-based next step.

Questions before you start

Does all our data need to be ready first?

We establish which data the chosen workflow needs. Gaps in quality, access or ownership become specific conditions to resolve. These do not have to wait for a company-wide data programme.

Can we start with our current AI tools?

Yes. We look at what already creates value and where changes to the process, integrations or new workflows are needed.

Do we need to change an entire department at once?

We investigate the relevant dependencies and define a bounded first implementation. This keeps the work manageable and helps avoid moving a bottleneck to another team.

How quickly can we start?

That depends on scope, system access and the availability of the people involved. We define the first delivery and decision points once those conditions are clear.

What if one major uncertainty remains?

If exactly one testable uncertainty blocks the start, we can investigate it through a scoped, paid Proof of Pilot. We agree in advance when to stop, resolve conditions or proceed to Platform Launch.
